TSS

The Technical Support Scheme (TSS) - on a retainer basis - provides ongoing protection, promotion and technical support for businesses - usually engine remanufacturers.

The scheme gives indirect access to universities, oil and metallurgical laboratories.

A register of small batch manufacturers is maintained and every effort is made to encourage networking between members.
External assistance is charged at cost and a discount of one third is given on any consultancy fees chargeable. For the greater part, however, members receive unlimited help with customer disputes, warranties and product failures, manufacturers' specifications, the sourcing of "hard to find" parts and oil or metallurgical analyses.

The cost? Just £10 per month plus VAT (paid annually in advance).
